SECE's long track record and ongoing research in the field of lighting has made us aware of the needs of our customers and enabled us to anticipate them by means of a system of complete, in-house services designed to facilitate and provide personalised management of lighting installations in any council or public or private entity.

BASIC

The Basic Management Plan is aimed at all owners of installations (councils, public or private communities, and individuals) who have never had a maintenance service and who require a minimum, limited and acceptable level of service. This plan only includes corrective maintenance, alarms and service.


 
HIGH

The High Management Plan is designed for all owners of installations who seek to provide a top quality service to their users. It is designed to cover all technical regulatory and quality aspects, in addition to basic maintenance of installations.


 
ECO

The Eco Management Plan is aimed at all customers who have clear energy saving objectives. This plan is especially designed for energy control and consumption and, in addition to maintenance and advice services, includes all the tasks necessary to achieve maximum yield with minimum consumption.


 
GLOBAL

The Global Management Plan is designed for councils and public or private entities that wish to ensure budget stability by means of long-term investment planning. This plan includes all the services necessary to perform complete, quality management of lighting installations. It also guarantees solutions in the three main areas of our work: maintenance, energy and investment, both in new and in renovated installations.
